Initiative’s Board of Directors is made up of a diverse group of dedicated volunteers who offer the expertise and leadership needed to support the agency’s mission and goals. Because Initiative is designated a Community Housing Development Organization, (CHDO) one third of its board members must live in a CHDO designated neighborhood.
